Paul L. H. Olson
Paul Olson is CEO and President of nuBridges. Prior to
assuming this role in September 2008, he served on the
Company’s Board of Directors since early 2007. Mr. Olson is
a business leader with extensive experience in
multiple industries from high technology and investment
management, to professional athletics and education. Olson
was a founding executive officer of Sterling Commerce, Inc.,
a major pacesetter in global e-commerce. In just over five
years, as Group President, his leadership contributed to
explosive growth resulting in 40,000 customers in 35
countries and revenue topping $600 million. In early 2000,
SBC Communications, Inc. (AT&T, Inc) acquired the business
for nearly $4 billion. After the acquisition, Olson
joined the leadership team at Bethel University in St. Paul,
Minnesota, where he served as executive vice president.
Olson also served the Minnesota Vikings as a front office
executive and was an early innovator in the use of
information technology for game analysis and strategy. He is
a board member and advisor for several companies, including nuBridges and Entegris, as well as non-profit organizations.
He holds a doctorate in Higher Education Management from the
University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of
St. Thomas, and a BA in Mathematics from Macalester College.
Jim Morgan
Jim
Morgan is Chief Financial Officer of nuBridges. In his role,
he oversees all aspects of Finance and Administration
including financial planning, reporting and analysis;
investor relations, human resources, and office management.
Prior to nuBridges, he was at CMI Marketing, a loyalty
marketing company that develops and administers cross
category loyalty programs. At CMI, Jim helped develop the
financial infrastructure and systems to track and process
member transactions with partner companies. Before CMI, Jim
worked at Goldman, Sachs and Co. in the Fixed Income
Division. As a part of the corporate institutional sales
group, his clients included large mutual funds and insurance
companies. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he worked for The
Walt Disney Co. in the Corporate Operations Planning
department. In that position, Jim worked with the company's
various business units on financial matters including the
preparation of monthly forecasts, annual operating plans,
and capital spending proposals. Jim holds an MBA in Finance
from The Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science
in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Brad Childress
Brad
Childress is Executive Vice President of Sales for nuBridges.
Prior to joining nuBridges, Brad was President of The
Complex Sale, Inc., a leading sales consulting and training
firm where he was responsible for all company operations
globally. In that role he worked with dozens of software
companies such as Oracle, SAP and Manhattan Associates to
achieve sales excellence by optimizing their sales
processes.
Brad spent 13 years at MSA and Dun & Bradstreet Software,
holding key executive roles in field sales and product
marketing. Prior to MSA, he spent seven years at Automatic
Data Processing (ADP). He is a graduate of Georgia Tech with
a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
Kee Murray
Kee
Murray is Executive Vice President of Operations,
responsible for nuBridges Exchange Network and other managed
services operations, Customer Service across all product
lines and internal IT. Kee has more than 25 years of IT
experience and has held executive positions at CheckFree and
InterContinental Hotels Group. Kee’s 11-year career at
CheckFree included Vice President of Application Support and
Vice President of Infrastructure Technology Engineering.
While at CheckFree Kee assisted in the company’s launch and
establishment of a 6Sigma program, increasing the
organization’s overall sustainable quality measurement from
3.8 to 4.45 Sigma; built high-performing leadership teams;
and played key roles in vendor management, infrastructure
optimization and scalability, and design and implementation
of a standard distributed systems platform.
While Vice President of Enterprise System Engineering at
InterContinental Hotels Group, Kee provided leadership and
financial direction to upgrade the global hotel
organization’s reservation and supporting systems to process
more than 2,000 customer transactions per second. Strategic
quality enhancements increased systems availability,
supporting enhanced customer SLAs. Kee graduated from
Roosevelt University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Data Processing.
Gary Palgon
In
his role as Vice President of Product Management at
nuBridges, Gary oversees product direction and development,
as well as complementary implementation and eBusiness
services. A seasoned enterprise software professional with
broad experience in customer support, product marketing and
product development, Gary brings more than 15 years of
management experience to his role at nuBridges. Prior to
joining nuBridges, Gary served as Director of Product
Management for ZapMedia, a technology company bringing
customized entertainment to consumers, and Director of
Product Marketing for Idapta, a builder of e-marketplaces.
He spent over 10 years at Geac Computer Systems, Inc.
(formerly Dun and Bradstreet Software and MSA) where he
managed the development and marketing of leading edge
technologies used by large and medium enterprises including
customer, employee and supplier self-service applications
for Fortune 1000 customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the
University of Florida and is a Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP).
