Jere Drummond is the retired Vice-Chairman of BellSouth Corporation, a $26 billion dollar full service telecommunications provider. As Vice-Chairman, he was responsible for public relations, advertising, brand management, and regulatory and external affairs. During Mr. Drummond's 39-year career at Bellsouth, he held roles of increasing responsibility that spanned all functional areas such as finance, operations, regulatory and general management. His most recent role prior to becoming Vice Chairman was as President and Chief Executive Officer of BellSouth Communications Group where he oversaw all of the company's regulated telephone operations. Mr. Drummond graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and he holds master's degrees from Georgia State and the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Drummond is a Director of several community service and corporate Boards.

Dan Giannini serves as an executive advisor at the Advanced Technology Development Center of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Dan has served as a director of NxStage Medical, Inc. (NXTM) since October 2005. In June 2005, he retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP after a more than 30-year career as a Certified Public Accountant where he led the Technology, Information, Communications, and Entertainment practice at the firm's Atlanta office. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University.

Don House is an active private investor and business consultant for a number of early-stage technology companies. Prior to his activities as an investor and consultant, he developed his expertise in sales, marketing and general management during a nineteen-year career with Management Science America, Inc. (MSA), the software industry pioneer, where he retired as Executive Vice President of the corporation in 1987. Later, after serving as President of Prentice Hall Professional software, he helped launch SQL Financials, Inc. (now Clarus Corporation) serving as its President and Chairman. He serves on a number of public and private company corporate Boards as well as academic and technology community advisory Boards. His many years of service to the Georgia technology community were recognized by his induction into the Georgia Technology Hall of Fame in October 2000. Mr. House holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Science from Georgia Tech.

Tycho Howle founded nuBridges, Inc. in the spring of 2001 and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Tycho is a pioneer in the eBusiness arena having founded Harbinger Computer Services in March 1983. Tycho grew Harbinger to become a world-class e-Commerce firm with more than 1,000 employees, 40,000 active customers, and annual revenues exceeding $155 million. Tycho served as both Chairman and CEO for most of his 17-year tenure with Harbinger, and led the company through its many phases of growth including an IPO in 1995.

He was instrumental in the creation of Harbinger EDI Services and Harbinger Net Services, a joint venture with Bellsouth. Prior to founding Harbinger, Tycho worked with McKinsey & Company, Hewlett Packard and Booz,Allen & Hamilton.

Tycho has received numerous awards for his contribution to e-business such as being named one of the "25 Unsung Heroes on the Internet" by Inter@active Week in 1998, selection as the 1997 Entrepreneur of the Year in Emerging Technologies for the Southeastern US, selection as Georgia's Businessman of the Year by the Georgia Security Dealer's Association in 1999, and was the 2002 inductee into the Georgia Technology Hall of Fame.

Tycho has served as a Director for a number of public and private companies.

Tycho is also a very active participant in community activities serving or having served on several non-profit boards including SciTrek(the Atlanta Science Museum), the Atlanta Symphony, Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, the Atlanta Alzheimer's Association, the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, the Clemson University Foundation, the Clemson University Research Foundation, and the Atlanta Rotary. Tycho is also a member of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Board of Advisors. Finally, Tycho recently joined the Carter Center Board of Councilors, a leadership advisory group that promotes understanding of and support for the Carter Center in advancing peace and health around the world.

In the mid-'90s, Tycho and his family formed the C. Tycho and Marie Howle Charitable Foundation, which has made more than 140 grants to support education, healthcare, the homeless, and the arts. These grants were made principally to organizations based in the Southeast.

Tycho has a B.S. in Physics (minor-Computer Science) and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Clemson University. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Benn Konsynski is the George S. Craft Professor of Business Administration at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University. Prior to assuming his position at Emory, Dr. Konsynski served on faculty at the Harvard Business School and the University of Arizona, where he co-founded the university's multi-million dollar group decision support laboratory. Dr. Konsynski specializes in issues of inter-organizational systems, electronic data interchange, channel systems, electronic integration and the electronic marketplace. He is a noted author and has been published in a number of journals. Dr. Konsynski also consults for a number of Fortune-class companies throughout the nation. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Greg Morrison is vice president and chief information officer for Cox Enterprises, Inc., one of the nation's leading media companies and providers of automotive services. He is responsible for technology planning for all corporate headquarters operations. He previously served as vice president of information systems at Prudential Financial, Inc., where he progressed through the ranks from 1989 to 2000. He briefly left Prudential to become chief operating officer and chief information officer for RealEstate.com in 2000; then he rejoined the company later that year as vice president of information systems. Prior to joining Prudential, Morrison served in the United States Army Signal Corps for seven years. Greg serves on the board of trustees for Clark Atlanta University and on the board of directors for both TechBridge and the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. He was named one the top 50 Most Important Blacks in Technology by U.S. Black Engineer (USBE) magazine in 2005. Greg earned a bachelor's degree in Science from South Carolina State University and a master's degree in science from Northwestern University.

Charles D. Moseley is the founding General Partner of Noro-Moseley Partners, a venture capital organization based in Atlanta. Approximately $600 million of venture capital has been managed by Noro-Moseley since its inception in 1983, and its Limited Partners include U.S. and European institutional and individual investors. Noro-Moseley has invested in over 130 companies, particularly in the information and medical technology industries. Most of the companies have their headquarters in the Southern part of the U.S. Prior to forming Noro-Moseley, Charlie was Senior VP and a Director of The Robinson-Humphrey Company. He was responsible for that Company’s corporate investment banking business.

Charlie is an Elder at Trinity Presbyterian Church and serves on the Boards of several private companies and the Georgia Tech Foundation, Metropolitan Atlanta Boys & Girls Club and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

Charlie is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and from the Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration degree in 1968.  He is married to the former Brenda Breedlove, and they have two children and four grandchildren.

Tom Noonan is the Chairman, President and CEO of Internet Security Systems, Inc. (ISS), a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ (ISSX) and a leading global provider of information protection solutions that secure IT infrastructure and key online information assets. Mr. Noonan is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company. Since launching ISS in early 1995, he has grown revenue to over $200 million and has built the company to over 1000 employees. Prior to co-founding ISS, Mr. Noonan held senior management positions while at Dun and Bradstreet Software, including Vice President, Worldwide Marketing. Before joining D&B Software, he specialized in advanced, automated control systems for computer-integrated manufacturing. Mr. Noonan was awarded Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999. Mr. Noonan holds a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech and a business degree from Harvard University.

Bill Nussey is the President and CEO of Silverpop Systems, Inc., a developer of software that helps sales and marketing professionals generate leads, close business and retain customers. Prior to Silverpop, Mr. Nussey was President and CEO of iXL, Inc., a publicly traded eBusiness consulting firm servicing clients such as Chase, Delta Airlines, FedEx, GE and Virgin, where he was named the most influential consultant in the world by Consulting Magazine. He has also held positions in Greylock Management Corporation, a venture capital firm, and was the Founder and CEO of DaVinci Systems, a developer of e-mail applications. Mr. Nussey holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Paul l. H. Olson is one of the founding, executive officers of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a major pacesetter in global E-commerce. In just over 5 years, as Group President, his leadership contributed to explosive growth resulting in 40,000 customers in 35 countries and revenue topping $600 million. In early 2000, SBC Communications, Inc. acquired the business for $4 billion. Currently, he is executive vice president for institutional advancement at Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota. He also serves as a board member and advisor for several companies and non-profit organizations. Olson is recognized as a pioneer of today’s E-commerce business-to-business industry, and holds an Ed. D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA-Mathematics from Macalester College. Paul and his wife, Pam, have three children.
