Implementing & Supporting the EDIINT Module of
nuBridges Exchange i
Secure AS1, AS2, AS3 Connectivity for IBM i

This 3-day course includes lectures and hands-on exercises designed to teach students how to use and implement the EDIINT module of nuBridges Exchange i. Students will learn how to integrate with trading partners, to perform advanced configuration and to maintain their EDIINT environment.

Target Audience

  • EDI Manager, EDI Coordinator for the IBM i platform
  • Typical attendees are not IBM i developers, but do have knowledge of the application environment

Prerequisites

  • Above-average PC skills
  • Knowledge of the IBM i environment
  • Knowledge of the translator or other back-end applications that will interact with the EDI data
  • Knowledge of CL scripting and job scheduling are a plus, but not required

  • Internet security overview
  • AS2 fundamentals (most attendees use AS2 – if any attendees are interested in AS1 or AS3, the instructor will cover that as well)
  • EDI application integration basics
  • nuBridges Exchange i Use & Implementation:
    • EDIINT features

    • Proxy server
    • Firewall considerations

Duration: 3 Days

Tuition

  • Public course $1,995 per student. Conducted at nuBridges Atlanta, GA training facility.
  • Onsite $7,500 plus travel expenses for instructor. Limit 9 students per class.
